The Minoston MP22Z is an enabled 15A(1875W) Resistive outdoor smart plug designed for use for most residential lighting and motor applications. It’s compatible with LED, halogen, incandescent, xenon, fluorescent and compact fluorescent bulbs. This zwave plug is compatible with Z-Wave certificated hubs, such as SmartThings etc. It is easy to set up based on S2+SmartStart. Just scan the QR code and press the botton of the smart plug 3 times to enter the paring mode to add it.

Is the Z-Wave hub sold separately?

Yes. This zwave outlet requires a z-wave hub and it is not included. You need buy the z-wave hub separetely.

How to set it up?

The device is put into S2+Smartstart. The connection is safe and only requires two steps: scan the code and press the button 3 times.

What hub does it work with?

It work with SmartThings, Hubitat, Wink, Vera, Homeseer, Home Assistant, etc.

Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant?

Yes. But before connect it to Alexa and Google Assistant, please add the zwave plug to your z-wave hub. It cannot be connected to Alexa and Google Assistant without z-wave hub.

Can this zwave smart plug be used as a z-wave repeater?

Yes. And it can relay up to 150 feet open range.
