Why doesn’t the fan run all the time?

The fan does not continuously run. The fan runs intermittently through the 30-day cycle. This ensures equal fragrance distribution through the 30-day cycle.

How do I know when to replace my air freshener refill?

The ourfreshe will show “replace refill” in red text on the front screen when it’s time to replace.

How do I reset my dispenser?

Sometimes you will need to reset the dispenser if you notice it not working properly. Open the refill door, unplug the unit for 15-30 seconds, plug it back in, then close the refill door.

How long does the charcoal filter last?

With regular cleaning, the filter will last as long as the dispenser. Simply rinse the filter to remove any dust, do not use any soap or cleaning agents. Lay the filter flat to dry, do not pull or ring out extra water as this will alter the shape.

Why can’t I smell any fragrance?

Our fragrances are rated by different intensities. Coconut vanilla is a very mild, low intensity fragrance while Winter Spruce and Summer Sunshine are some of the most powerful. The ourfreshe is recommended for rooms up to 500 sq. ft.
